Hi,

By a setting that is not possible, only if you modify it in the newsletter plugin code. That looks like newsletter style 7, so you would have to modify this file

There you can change the h3 with a div. But note that replacing it like that may cause the title design that is created for a h3 to not apply. The font and font properties may not apply, colors etc.
