How to change youtube iframe type

I want to change Youtube iframe type and how can i do that ?

if you don’t understand me than i mean something like this –> http://s8.postimg.org/sb9v782hh/image.jpg
instead of this –> http://s22.postimg.org/rzgx87g35/image.jpg

Actually i don’t want to get that red marked area of second image.
