Hello Arafat,

I have inspected the site you provided and the sidebar widget you pointed out is not a plugin. It is created. Maybe implemented by the theme the site uses.

P.S. If you are looking for tabs, visual composer has a tab element as well.

Hi,

You could use Tabs element of Visual Composer for your page and add blocks to it – http://screencast.com/t/bSVLfN4al – http://screencast.com/t/ObZb6U4jD
Unfortunately this element is not available in Widgets section to be added also in custom sidebars.
