The related article should be adjusted based on the kind of template you are using. If it is an old template will be used the theme panel settings https://i.imgur.com/teB4jGU.png, but since most of users have now cloud templates, those cna be edited using tagDiv Composer like this – https://i.imgur.com/ogCXYOJ.png – https://i.imgur.com/KVBWAcR.png https://i.imgur.com/A3p0BYc.png

This section https://i.imgur.com/T36aLEx.png is not added by our theme, it is from an extra plugin you are using. I believe the plugin is related to post thumb https://wordpress.org/plugins/related-posts-thumbnails/. You need to check teh settings for it.
