How to completely remove newspaper

Hi

I have interface error problem, I can’t edit any interface and it always says “Error at zones: 6(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”.

I have contacted the support team, but it seems that the support team can’t find the cause, they suggest to remove the newpaper and reinstall it, but when uninstalled and reinstalled, it still receives the information. was installed before and the error did not go away.

I need instructions on how to completely remove newpaper (including all tables, data files if any) to reinstall to see if the situation can be fixed or not?
