1. To change that text use tagDiv Composer https://i.imgur.com/EUWnjUZ.png, edit the homepage and click on text, you’ll see this text https://i.imgur.com/bH2QOgu.png then below is a raw html element, select it and change there the rest of the texts – https://i.imgur.com/Z2V9MK2.png
2. You need to have a GAGTM where to create the tracking code for the buttons and after that, just set that code on the button (also, the website should be connected to GA/GTM) https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/ga4/events?client_type=gtag

And I have question that I added GA & tagmanager, but when debug running, I see label button is “”, I cannot edit label from your site. Althought I change label from tracking code

The fix text should be set on this element – https://i.imgur.com/izwCuur.png and the animate text should be edited in the raw html – https://i.imgur.com/xSBRwft.png
If you want to add code for GA & tagmanager then you can set them in the theme panel > analytics/js code in the header section – https://i.imgur.com/bu6DkmQ.png and you can track it using your GA account.
