Hello,
I received an email about a new subscriber that states, “They will receive an email every time you publish a post.” How do I turn this off? I am happy to have people create accounts so they can comment, but I do not want them to “subscribe” to the site. We manage newsletters and subscriptions ourselves. Thank you!

Please let me know what you use for the newsletter; maybe you have a plugin that collects all the user’s emails.
