How to create a Contact Form

First of all, you will have to have installed the Contact Form 7 plugin. If you will import the Default Demo or if you had already on your side, please go to your pages and there you will find the Contact page which has the same layout with your example, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/OOJ68whDk5 and then you can edit this page as you wish, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/OOJ68whDk5 -> http://screencast.com/t/7pcJ3awku3
