How to create a "Don't Miss" section on the pages ,as seen on demo?

Hello!

I’m really confused. How to create a “Don’t Miss” like section on pages, as seen on demo and how to put that pagination animation on that section?

Hi,
Edit your homepage, add Block 2.
We used on our demo:
Sort order: Sort like you want
Limit post number: 3
Optional – custom title for this block: DON’T MISS
Show child categories menu: Show 3 categories
Use ajax in child categories menu: Next prev ajax (this is the pagination)
