How to create a optin with the call to action

Hi,

I want to create an email optin like this

is that even possible? I couldn’t find any option to enter an email or autoresponder in the Call to Action element.

Hello ensiejagen,

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option for it, sorry! You should implement it yourself and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry! Also, you should try finding some plugins with this functionality and check the results.
