Hello I wanna know, How can I create an opt-in box with facebook like & twitter follow, like the below website has. They also use newspaper theme. And I also wanna know, how to display that facebook & twitter share buttons, just below the post.

They most likely use a plugin similar to Easy Social Share Buttons

The form is also part of a plugin. I;m not sure if it;ls a different one or part of the sharing plugin. If you provide a link to the site I could take a look.
