1. We wanted to create a PAGE cloud template. Our expectation is that whenever we create a PAGE then it would use this template.
2. I cannot create a BLANK cloud page template. How to do this?
3. I try to import a template from the CLOUD template but not all that appears are able to be selected.
4. I imported a cloud page template then I removed everthing so I can create my custom PAGE TEMPLATE. However, there is no option to set it GLOBAL.
How can I create a page template so that when I create pages it would have the look of the page template?

1. You cannot have a page template for every page, unfortunately. For each page, you should have a different page template. However, while you have two pages open in TagDiv Composer, you can save or copy-paste elements.
2. There are no blank page templates.
3. If you import a template, then you should be able to edit it with the TagDiv Composer.
4. Yes. They are different from other templates.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Only if you create the same page template for each by adding the same elements with the same settings.

If my requirement is to create a page template that would be the same for all the pages, then what I can do is to create a child theme and create a page template is that correct?
What is the best practice to use page template on a child theme?
Would using the tagDiv Standard Pack be appropriate solution for this?

No. You need to create every page in the tagdiv Composer.
You can not use page template created with the TagDiv Composer on a child theme.
