How do I make different menus replace the main menu and topbar menu on different category pages and category articles on my website? I have installed and tried to use the conditional menu plugin but the menus did not change.
This plugin is working on another theme.

In our theme, you can create different templates or duplicate and change the menu for each category and assign them in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Categories.

I have been able to implement this.
Can I also import different single post template for different category posts? I tried to import a template but it was showing a blank page. Senn the screenshot below.

To have different post template only for one post, you need to assign another template and edit it different than others, or duplicate the current template.
If you want to have a post template for all posts from a category, then you can assign the template in Theme panel -> Categories: https://www.screencast.com/t/njKGMjAFxF
