How to custom in blok 16 image feature??

The thumbs used for blocks are defined in td_config.php file. Block 16 use a thumb by 300x194px which is defined here: http://screencast.com/t/lJstRtRdQp I am not sure how do you want to customize the thumb used for this block but if you want a different size for it you can modify the indicated code. Please note that if you change that code the changes will affect also block modules 3, 4, 5 and blocks 1, 2, 5, 6.
