How to customize custom blocks?

Hello,
I need to display BREAKING NEWS category posts just after TRENDING NOW which includes only post title and featured image not contents (excerpt). How can I set like this https://prnt.sc/geyax8

On pages you can place any of the available page builder elements. Here you can see all the available blocks on different layouts

These blocks seem similar to what you want

The number of posts can be limited for each block, the post meta can be disabled (author name, date, comment count), the excerpt can be removed by entering the value 1 in the field of the respective module

Hi,

The post title should be displayed on all modules. If you made modifications to the excerpt of this block, make sure you did not modify the post tile excerpt as well

The first excerpt is for the post title length, and the second one is for the excerpt content.
