How to customize reply in single post?

I want to translate reply & realated articles area in single post (dafault template), but I cannot find these files in source code. Please help me, many thanks

If you want to change/edit the comments section of Single Post notice that you should do it yourself through the code. As a hint, you need to edit the comments.php core file from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ak5dYhueM4p
