How to delete a last advertisement block?

I was able to delete all advertising blocks.

However, there is a non-editable one.

I need to remove it from the page. What do I do? I already followed all the tutorials here and it did not solve.

Hi,

That is the sidebar selected for the Latest articles section

All the sidebars can be customized in Appearance->Widgets. Please inspect the sidebar in question and remove the Ad box from it.
