1. The Latest articles section that displays bellow the page content can be disabled by selecting a different page template for your page – https://www.screencast.com/t/OzDOOFH8O

2/3. Please provide more details about these pages, and what they should do. You can create pages using the Visual composer editor and use them for your website. I believe there are membership plugins or for sponsors that you could use, for advanced options or settings in this matter.

Hi,

You can remove the page title by selecting a different page template if that is what you want

The default page template does not display the page title, or a Latest articles section.
Breadcrumbs can be disabled in the theme panel. More information about the available settings here
