Hello, i want to disable 1 category from list new post. How i can make this?

Hello !
The blocks filters can be edited by going into the filter tab as you can see here and you will have to edit the category IDs that you want to have them displayed.

Hmm, i mean for disable category in post for client (not for me).
Its block – newest post (all new post is show to this block).
Where i can find block filters?
