I put my blog live and once I put it live the coming soon page is still showing which i can’t figure out how to disable and on a mobile the website is showing but the style and theme is totally different to the wp admin page… if anybody can help resolve this, it would be appreciated. thanks

On mobile I see the website uses our mobile theme plugin. If maybe you don’t want to use that, please deactivate it -> https://prnt.sc/EYiK1fqloLE0 It is an optional plugin.

Thanks for your message. I disabled the mobile theme plugin. It then worked but now it doesn’t again and my main website is still showing up as coming soon on all my devices?? Please help sort this asap as I need this to work. Many thanks

To clarify, a coming soon mode can be activated either from a plugin or from the hosting. The theme itself does not have such a feature. Please check what plugins are active on the website, and check with the hosting if they provide a coming soon mode. Normally such a mode is either active or not, and so far while checking your website before and now again, I do not see a coming soon mode active.

It’s still not showing properly. I will ask the hosting company and see if they can help. I paid an extra £40+ for extra support but didn’t realise the support was via a forum.. and my issue still isn’t solved which is very frustrating. Are you viewing the website from a tablet? On a desktop it is not working..

It is also important to note that I can’t solve issues like the one you mentioned. If the theme would have a coming soon mode, then I would have gladly provided instructions on how to turn it off. But it doesn’t.
If there was such a mode active, then why am I not seeing. I’m checking with a desktop and I pretty much browsed the whole website now.
Maybe it’s a caching issue. Have you tried checking with a different browser or device? How does the coming soon mode look exactly, could you provide a screenshot?
