Hi there,
We currently use a plugin called Ultimate Member for registering users.
At the end of each article on our website people are able to submit comments if they sign up. Instead of the ultimate member login modal the wordpress login modal pops up.
Is there a way to disable the default WordPress Modal?
All the best

Hello Thomas!
In order to avoid misunderstandings, please provide more information about what you need to achieve, screenshots or a video of the whole process and your website link.
A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link, paste it here.
Thank you!
Hi Bettina,
Thank you for you message.
Our login and register page are accessible at
http://www.multippl.com/register and http://www.multippl.com/login
These are both Ultimate Member forms.
Yet when we look at any article on the website. We will use for example this post:
https://www.multippl.com/isamu-noguchi-sculptor-and-citizen-of-the-earth/
At the bottom of the article people are able to leave comments. Previously if they clicked on the ‘Login to leave a comment’ buttom the Ultimate Member login would popup. Yet it has reverted back to the WordPress modal since I updated the theme.
Please see screenshot. https://paste.pics/FV2YE
We were wondering how we could disable the wordpress login from popping up to instead have the Ultimate Member login form.
All the best
Thomas
Hi there,
I have addressed this issue previously and was told by one of your team that this issue would be dealt with in an update.
We have tried to change the file but unfortunately the issue persists.
Is there anything else we can try or someone else we can contact?
All the best
Thomas
Hello Thomas!
If you can’t wait for the update which I’m not sure when this setting can be included, then you can contact our custom work team here and they can help you: https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/
Thank you for understanding!
