How to display a custom front-end submission form

I have installed the AccessPress Anonymous Post Pro plugin to allow front-end submission forms. In the instructions for displaying the custom for it says the following:

Using Shortcode
For showing the anonymous post form in any page in the frontend, please use [ap-form id=”form_id”] shortcode in the page’s content editor or just use <?php echo do_shortcode[ap-form id=”form_id”] ?> inside your theme’s template file where you wish to show the anonymous post form for the frontend post submission.

Does the Newspaper9 theme support this plugin and if so, how and where do I add the shortcode without going into the theme code. Usig the TabDiv theme editor instead?

I think shortcodes are broken. None of mine work in the theme

Hi,

Unfortunately we did not tested that plugin with our theme, and we can not say if this will work or not with our theme.

Usually the shortcode are place in column text like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/MV3TpMMBQ -> https://www.screencast.com/t/9UhgBwlWO -> https://www.screencast.com/t/rieUYed6eiJ2 to save the text click outside of wp editor.

Thank you for your understanding!

Ok, Thanks.

How can I find out before buying a plugin if it’s compatible with my Newspaper9 theme? I need a front end form submission plugin or frontend uploader and a membership plugin (like UserPro).

Hi,

Unfortunately the only way to know if the plugin works with newspaper is to test them, is recommended to test with a copy of your website on localhost or sub-domain.
Try to use the plugins that provide refund or that have a free version for test.

Thank you for your understanding!
