I lost the header menu section at the top of the website. how does it happen and how could I recover it?

You can add again the header menu from tagDiv Composer, ad set your menu.

tagDiv Composer does not work,it keeps running but not opening so can not ad set your menu

Have you tried to see that this issue is not caused by a plugin conflict?
Usually, this issue is caused by a plugin conflict, please do a test using the theme plugins, clear all cache and see if the problem persists.
