How to display several categories with the Mega Menu without a subcategory?

Hello
I want to use Mega Menu to display different categories. But not with subcategory.
How can I do ?
I cannot change the classification of categories.

thanks for your response, I know editing a traditional Menu. 🙂
I want display several category on MEGA MENU
If I create for example a Menu with Actualités/Sport + Culturel. I want ADD category Sport + category Culturel in MEGA MENU SLIDER not a link.
