@serjuzu The theme will use the date format set in WordPress – http://prntscr.com/nlydn8
You can use any of the available parameters
– https://codex.wordpress.org/Formatting_Date_and_Time
The theme will then display the format set there, in modules and post pages.

If you want to change the date format on the top bar you need to go in Theme panel>Header>Top bar -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/top-bar-templates/ -> https://www.screencast.com/t/1MLnxjg8rjZ please make sure that you clear all cache after you make the settings.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
