How to do the adsense code ONLY on the post pages?

Hello, I want to implement the AdSense code only on the site’s post pages.
Why when I implement in the header through the themes panel > ADS > ADS Header, my site is not allowed because the main page of my site contains little text content.
Anyway, how to do the adsense code ONLY on the post pages?

Hi,

Place the ad codes only in the article ad spots if that what you want. The ads will appear in the post content

Given that all the requirements are met for Adsense
