Can you tell me how to add links to this area (where the About Us Text is)?

Hi,
Our theme provides a footer menu where you can add links. It can be added from the menus area of wordpress, but the menu will not position in the about us section. There is no such spot. The footer menu will display the links in the sub-footer section like so: http://screencast.com/t/iTlcw0Mr
