How to edit footer info content titles?

I’m using the Retro variant of the Newspaper theme. And I want to change the titles in the footer info:

“ABOUT US”, “FOLLOW US”. I just want to reword those titles. Where and how can I do this?

Also- how do I change these accounts that are linked to the ‘STAY CONNECTED’ widget? I can’t seem to find those widget settings alongside the others.

Edit: Found out how to edit the STAY CONNECTED social media channels, but still can’t figure out how to edit the ABOUT US, FOLLOW US, CONTACT US text.
