Hi,
I installed the demo called “Fitness blog”
Now from that I wish to edit the main menu and have my own categories. I didn’t find any option to add new categories to my menu and also to edit the already exiting categories. Please tell me how to do that? As I don’t want the exiting ones.

Hello !
We recommend you to create new categories and remove the old ones. Categories can be created / removed from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/rCQffJHZJM
In order to add them into your Menu you will have to go into Appearance – Menus and edit the active menu.
