How to edit the different theme menus

Hello and installed the topic of the newspaper with the demo Sport News, but I can not find where to modify the following:

1- The menus that appear in the main menu
2- It makes you see and customize the menu where the youtube channel is displayed (it appears as Watch Now)

3- I do not find how to customize each of the different menus (SPORT NEWS, WRC Rally Cup, WORD CUP 2016, CYCLING TOUR, others)
