Hello,
I have installed v6.2 of Newspaper theme on my website.
URL : http://www.naukrinama.com
Wherever Pagination is coming on Either HomePage Latest Articles or Category Detail Page and I change the page then the URL also gets changed. Because of it, duplicate meta-tags are getting generated in google webmasters.
For Ex. :
http://www.naukrinama.com/
http://www.naukrinama.com/page/2/
or
http://www.naukrinama.com/government-jobs/
http://www.naukrinama.com/government-jobs/page/2/
Can you tell me how can we switch pages without changing the URL (May be changing pages through Ajax or JS requests).

Use Yoast SEO or similar to add pagination elements to your title and description tags, canonical page, etc.
