Hi Atithya,
I believe that you are referring to a back to top button, is this right?
If is so, then you can enable the option from the theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/RZ5eoYw.png

I am running my own ads using Google ad manager. Is there any way I can implement it at the bottom of the Newspaper theme.
