How i can enable top menu on mobile responsive site version? i see only social icon…

Thanks for your answer, i do not use tgComposer for menu, because i made my website with previous theme version and if i use a demo from library there are some bugs and problem for my website.
There is another kind to show on mobile menu section the top bar menu?
