Using the import/export option from the theme will allow you to import only the theme panel settings, to import the cloud templates go in tool > export – https://i.imgur.com/3Wxk885.png then to import you need to go in tool > import, then install the wordpress importer and clink on run import – https://i.imgur.com/tyxoVvg.png
Also, you have to use a plugin for migrate https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

I did not clone the site, the customer did it. Most of the theme settings etc. were migrated properly. It’s just this one single template that is missing. I would rather avoid a re-migration. Is it not possible to export/import just this one template?

You can then copy and paste the code from the single post template into another single post template; you need to edit the template normally in the editor, select the code editor, and copy the code. You can import a blank single post template.

As I said in my previous post: No, I can’t download a template from the cloud library. This is why I asked how to create it manually. A blank template would be fine. I just don’t know where it is stored. Besides, I have no clue why the template wasn’t copied. But again, the customer did the migration.

You can not create it. You need to import it; you can use the license on the staging website and assign it after the website is deleted. Please contact us, and we will delete the domain.
