How to put two more blocks here. That is, two more news. These gaps remain empty.

Check for the “Limit post number:” feature in that block in the General tab and adjust it as you see fit.

Hi, I can not find that option anywhere. These blocks appear when you click on the author of the news. But I do not see that option or anything to modify that block.

If that is a category page and not a block, then the limit is set from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/Sq4BTQVLBNs
If the block was added in the tagdiv composer you can edit in the tagdiv composer, check the block settings when clicking on the block in the page builder.
