How to fix alt vs title all image same title post?

i set theme for my site but many image in my site dont has alt and title, how i can fix all alt vs title to same title post?

Hi,

You can set alt, titles, captions and descriptions in the WordPress media library, for each image you want

These would have to be set manually by you, for each image.
