The social icons from the mobile menu are coming from the Theme Panel -> Social Networks -> Social Networks -> https://i.imgur.com/4wubwgL.png remove/edit them after your needs.
To disable the sign in please go in Theme Panel -> Header -> Sign In -> https://imgur.com/vAX4MpU
