Unfortunately the big grid as any other block is a whole unit. it cannot be controlled separately and make a post sticky and have the rest be dynamic. In order to do this you will need 2 separate blocks. You cannot have 2 different filtering options in the same block .

The “Trending now” title can be customized in the Theme panel->Translations section

Big grids and blocks will display n posts or pages, please see this tutorial

So you can display the pages you want in the big grid, by setting the post type to page

To control the exact order of the pages or posts in the grid you would have to enter the IDs manually in the ID filter
