Hi,
I uploaded quite number of pictures for one post, in order to save server space is it possible to generate thumbnail just for featured image only? Because,for what I can see only selected featured image was used to generate thumbnail for module and block.
I only need thumbnail to display properly for selected featured image not the rest of the image that I uploaded.

Hello,
Unfortunately there is no setting to disable the creation of thumbnails as images from posts could also be used in theme elements that require thumbs (such as a gallery). The best way to go about this is to make an assessment of the thumbs used on your site and remove the ones you do not use from here: http://screencast.com/t/vzoDYEfPf9B
