Not a newspaper theme question, but I’m trying anyway. I can’t get mailchimp to work properly. I installed a plugin, (2: Mailchip for WP and Mailchimpforms by Optin Cat) connected the api. Made a list in Mailchimp. Yes, it works. I only get the template send to me, there’s nothing inside. I have no idea at all how to add my posts in that template. I can do it manually, but that’s way to much work to do it daily.
Making the connection is not my problem. I’m stumped in getting the content inside. Ideally, I’d like to send once daily with a selection of posts. but I’m happy if I can send everything in cat. 1 – xx, if that works better.
I found lots of tutorials to make the connection, and get people to subscribe. But none how to add my content in that newsletter. Hope you can help me in the right direction.
Unfortunately we cannot help either as the plugin is not tested and we have no idea of it’s functionality. This question is better addressed to the plugin author as he will the proper answer for your issue.
