How to get rid of this Submenu?

Hi there. Anyone know how to get rid of this part this area? When someone clicks on one of my categories it drops down and shows the same categories again…. I don’t mind it showing the category they clicked on…so in that example “Parenting” but it shows the rest. Any ideas?
