How to get rid of wordpress log in bar at the top

Hi ,

I get the WordPress log in bar on the top, even If I am not logged in. How can I get rid of this.

Hello,
The admin bar usually does not display in the top of the website if you are not logged in. This could be a plugin issue. Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer and clear cache.
