I know this might be somewhere in the documentation but after looking for over an hour, perhaps someone can help me out.
The theme, by default, shows recent posts first before older posts, I want to prevent some recent posts from showing on the homepage. How can I do that, please?

I checked out the recommended plugin in the post but it hasn’t been updated in 4 years but that gave me the idea to search for a more recent plugin, so thanks for that!
For anyone else who might be interested in this, I found a more up-to-date plugin that does this:

I have installed it and it works fine in hiding posts from homepage, category page, feeds, etc.
But I still wonder if Newspaper has this option? I would still appreciate a reply from one of the Newspaper support team please.

If you want to exclude some posts from a certain bloc you should use the post filter setting and enumerate there the post ID number which you want to be excluded from there with minus in front of them, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/nQ21qxIhqRRD

This way is applicable only for blocks on pages and not for post pages, sorry!
