I also need help on this topic. I followed your instruction but after disabling “Show Post Views” it also disables it in the admin area. Can we have this visible to admin only ? and not public ?

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for it but notice that if you want to achieve this, you should edit the td_module_single_base.php, and check the get_views() function and make some restrictions as you like.
