How to hide posts from homepage

Hi, I have new problem 🙂
I create two categories “PR” and “competiton”. But i need hide it from homepage. Articles from this categories must show only when a Click this category.

How can I do it?

Hello,
You can hide that categories using the category filter on blocks and homepage loop to, just add in the filter the category ID with -(minus)

Ex. If you want to exclude a category Apple that have catID 3, write in category filter -3 and that category will be excluded.

I for example, have a category called ‘NFL Picks’. Where do I find the cat ID? Would I just put -NFL Picks or is there another ID for the category other than the title?
