Hello,
You can create a htaccess rule if you do not want people to access your style.css and redirect the link to your homepage maybe.

Hello,
We do not have a tutorial because the htaccess file is a server file, not a theme file. It is not related to the theme. The host should have tutorials in this regard. For example:
https://my.bluehost.com/cgi/help/htaccess_redirect
