I am not able to find any option on how to hyperlink email id on following link ?

I do not quite understand, do you want to achieve a contact page as this one https://cloud.tagdiv.com/contact-page-nature-love/ ? if yes, then you can do it using wpforms plugin.
If this is not what you mean, please provide some more details.

I was able to load that template from Cloud templates.
I want to hyperlink the email id. is it possible?

Any can you suggest any plugin that can help me add name and email id in 1 row along with subscribe button. Please guide

Hi,

Yes, you can to set a link on the email id, for this you need to use tagDiv Composer to edit the page template and a code like this one -> https://i.imgur.com/zeP98DH.png -> https://i.imgur.com/W7oNhQl.png

You need to replace the code with your link.

For the second problem if you are using wpforms you can achieve that using this guide:
