How to remove author name and comment counts from the font page and how to increase the excerpt’s character number? For example: Here is showing 50 characters right now. How to show 120 characters.

Hi,
The meta information on blocks/modules can be disabled in the Theme panel->Block settings

The excerpt length can be modified for each module that displays an excerpt
