I tried changing the height still no change. I also disabled child theme still no change.

Hi,
Unfortunately the there is no option to can set a big grid flex to be show in full screen, you can adjust it but no on full screen, you can set the row on full width, you can set the row on full height -> https://www.screencast.com/t/3eZXktgS
