How to insert a photo gallery

Happy New Year! Please can you tell me how to insert a photo gallery (or a slider) into this page? http://www.shapeyourenergy.com/about-me-nutrition-counseling/photo-gallery/

I’ve tried to use the “Create a gallery” function, but the pictures look distorted. I’ve also tried to insert third party sliders/photo gallery plugins, but they utilize JavaScript and the gallery doesn’t show up on the site once I publish the post.

Could you recommend me a plugin or tell me how to insert a slider? I need a basic photo gallery – nothing too fancy.

I would recommend the jetpack gallery: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-a-gallery/

or the default wordpress 1 column one if you want.

Also your site looks broken… why? Can you disable all plugins and if that doesn’t work – reupload the theme.
